Scott Hitt Foundation - Believes that the obstacles facing full LGBT equality are
enormous. Confronting and eliminating these obstacles will require a new generation
of activists to launch, lead, and work within organizations that will ultimately prevail
in the battle for full equality. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for the next
generation of community leaders to receive a solid foundation in development and leadership
skills in order to achieve future success. The program offerings of the R. Scott Hitt
