BCC coaches engage with students one-on-one to discover and develop solutions that fit their life and priorities through personalized plans of action. By working with a coach, students will be able to:
- Identify and articulate their academic strengths and areas for growth;
- Identify and utilize campus resources;
- Develop skills and strategies to meet academic and personal goals; and
- Create a plan to achieve their goals.
Coaches work with students in ways that support their needs. Some students meet with a coach once a semester, some once a week. On campus and virtual meeting options are available. Coaching is not intended to add your plate, but to help you clean your plate!
