How to Opt Out

If you do not want to receive messages, you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or CANCEL to any message.

Please note that opting out applies only to the specific app; if you receive messages from multiple apps, you'll need to opt out separately for each one.

How to Opt Back In

If you change your mind after opting out, reply to a message from the app you opted out of to start receiving messages again.

Just as opting out must be done separately for each app, opting back in must be done independently.
